    1. Social insurance and provident fund (subject to the policies of the place where the insurance provident fund belongs)
    (1) The company adheres to the concept of the Labor Contract Law and actively pays social security and housing provident fund for employees; Both the company and employees are responsible for paying their respective departments according to regulations, and the departments that employees should pay are withheld and remitted by the company. The company pays social insurance and provident fund benefits to employees in accordance with local government regulations.
    (2) Social security growth mode: Within two years of work, it is considered second tier, and after three years, it is considered first tier.
    (3) Growth method of housing provident fund: The basic level is below three years, and the basic level is twice that of the full three years. The subsequent growth will be adjusted and changed according to the company's specific conditions.

    3. Other company benefits
    (1) Employees who comply with the national and company regulations on marriage leave are entitled to one day of paid leave on the day they receive their marriage certificate.
    (2) Every two months, there will be an employee birthday party and birthday gifts.
    (3) New employee onboarding welcome and onboarding gifts;
    (4) Annual employee physical examination (the specific time and operation process of regular physical examinations are arranged by the Human Resources Department and executed according to specific circumstances);

    (10) Employees who have been employed for more than 5 years (excluding the fifth year) are entitled to an additional day of welfare leave on top of their annual leave for every additional year (those who have been employed for 10 years or more are no longer entitled to this welfare leave)
